[PEPr] Comment on HTML::HTML_QuickForm_Renderer_Tableless

Comment: The proposed package contains very minor changes to the Default renderer: 1) A change to regex described in http://pear.php.net/bugs/7820 2) Different templates, but these can be changed via public methods of HTML_QuickForm_Renderer_Default If bug #7820 is ever closed, then this package would contain only changes to templates. Now, do we want to have a separate subpackage for every possible design of the form, especially when these templates can be easily changed without subclassing the renderer?
