[PEPr] HTML::HTML_QuickForm_Renderer_Tableless deleted

Mark Wiesemann (http://pear.php.net/user/wiesemann) has deleted the proposal for HTML::HTML_QuickForm_Renderer_Tableless. The reason for that is: - Not much interested on the list. - Current code does not support groups of checkboxes and/or radio buttons very well. I've tried different approaches but this would need much work to get this ready. As I don't need groups myself currently, I suspend this proposal.
