Hello, Even if my remark won't change my opinion (today vote) i regret that call for votes was announced at least few hours after the last proposal change (new release 0.0.4). It gave us no such time to investigate the new version. A feedback perharps for all future proposals and of course Pepr system. A new mandatory step to keep aware that call for vote will be announce in N days should be very appreciated ! BTW, the windows script (.bat) won't work if you don't have a php.ini in PEAR bin directory.
