Hi Laurent, I think the decision to leave is wrong, as you've done a great job picking up the slack as I've worked on other things for a while. However, since you really started going, I've been intentionally staying out of your way as much as possible. Honestly, I have plans to use P_PFM to create a simple package.xml generation script at pearweb for new packages, and for existing packages, which will make it much easier to get a compliant version number as well as proper updates to package.xml version as things change. If you don't plan on maintaining the package at your current level, I completely understand, but I can't support that decision, you've done good work. No matter what though, the docs you've written would be great to have available. I finally have a working peardoc environment, and although recently I've been consumed with improving pearweb for obvious reasons, I do have plans to move into the doc arena again soon. GregHi Greg, As i'm confinced that lack of interest to P_PFM 1.6.0 is due because : 1. the package is in beta stage 2. a User Guide / Tutorial is missing I've decided : 1. to continue to write the doc and give you a draft as soon as possible (to re-read) 2. publish tomorrow the beta 5 (last beta) 3. Don't plan to publish any Release Candidate because API is stable and need a final 1.6.0 (stable) release ASAP, to have a better popularity. ==> of course, we will wait until the guide/tuto is complete Are you agree with this plan ?
