I've installed all files including tests and docs with your package.xml 2.0 version without problem.
Gregory Beaver , gave us already the solution (when i asked him for HTML_Progress2). Add in your package generator script , after line $package->setPackageType('php'); this line : $package->setExtends('MDB');thx! regards, Lukas
