In some cases we exchanged a few mails off-list and were able to resolve the issue with relatively little pain. But, and that's what irritates me, in most cases I received zero replies after offering my help. This either means that people are too lazy to invest a bit of time, or that they were able to solve their problem on their own with a little bit of poking around. Nonetheless I think that we should eventually also support reStructuredText as an alternative to DocBook. - MartinBigger problem is documentation. Writing Docbook is quite painful. Debugging Docbook is painful. Installing own Docbook building environment is painful. You are right with the wrtiung & debugging issues, but installation is no Problem here, neither with Cygwin nor with Ubuntu.
