Personally I like the style in funcdef a lot more, opposed to standards.control - I think it supports readability, but of course I'll obey.Is this a must or a recommendation? http://pear.php.net/manual/en/standards.control.php vs. http://pear.php.net/manual/en/standards.funcdef.php- PEAR CS require a line-break before "{" only for functions and classes, but not for if statements
I emailed the Net_DNS people and listed it as a @todo. Thanks for help! TillYeah, I've read this - I wasn't sure if that is a recommendation or a must-have. Also, Alexey stated that I shall not have a dep on PHP4 package. Right. You either need to use a PHP 5 implementation of Net_DNS (which doesn't exist yet) or you need to include the needed functions into your code.- please read http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=419
