File_Archive, next release?

There looks like a small number of fixes exist for File_Archive in CVS which don't appear to have been released. So, questions: - What's blocking a release? - Are either of the maintainers still available? - If neither are, can someone step in and set up a release?

     - and review the partial patch for
     http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=10247 (coding style, removal
     of die() statements)
