Stig said he will look for changing the pear.ini and pearsys.ini files, in
order to support a classic .ini format like php.ini.
I don't know if he will also do the same for the .registry files (I would
prefer).
I think that these points should be decided before a public beta, modifying
the format of these kind of files after some installs may need a manual
clean ...
