The pitty is that we can't just enlarge the time of the days. We have to

The database has to be cleaned. Now it contains test data that can't be
there and doesn't correspond with real PEAR packages.
Task what I see there are still in the TODO list:
- Release upload to create/update packages
- Drop new package page
- Delete releases
- Join pear/pear-get
- PEAR_common::infoFromDescFile() to check for minimal data required,
present in package.xml
- Hard installer tests under Unix/Windows
