If someone is up to doing a good PHP based bugtracker yes. Are you
aware of any feasible ones ?
If you know a very good one that is made using PHP i'll be more than
happy. See reinventing the wheel like people did after using bitkeeper
was actually making the wheel turn faster and longer :)
