Also, if you can't install it from package.xml in CVS, you certainly can't package and release it.But what's about File_Archive? Because I can package the file with "pear package package2.xml" and install the tarball with "pear install File_Archive-1.5.4.tgz", but I can't install it with "pear install package2.xml".
