Just a little wondering, have you given it any thought about changing
license ? Not that I'm all that unhappy with LGPL per se but I'm kinda bias
towards BSD or MIT or similar for libraries, would by nice, in my opinion to
see that change, can tho only be achieved if David Grant agrees.
I don't see any need to chang the license. LGPL is very fine.
Well it would make sense as all xiph.org projects (vorbis, theora, speex...) are BSD licensed:

But you're right, the change is not needed.
