Hello Tim,
You've got the cvs account and the karma for File_Ogg :)

I've committed the new version, updated package.xml, and tagged it for release as version 0.3.0. Now I believe I need to be assigned the lead to be able to upload the new tarball?

You're lead now.

Thanks, package released. Thank you to Helgi as well. -- Tim Starling
