Proposal for new package

Greetings, I would like to propose a new package for the PEAR repository. I have developed a library written in PHP which provides functionality similar to Java's HashSet/LinkedHashSet. It uses memcached as a high-speed storage mechanism to persist set data beyond the scope of the current request. This is a small, lightweight library which I envision could have many uses, and currently I know of nothing else that natively provides this functionality for PHP. Please let me know if this sounds like a library PEAR would like to absorb. I'd be happy to provide additional information if you ask it of me. Thanks, Jeff
