Fine. It sounds like a useful package.
But do you absolutely need namespaces to write a PEAR "HTTP" package?
What's the point with PHP namespaces finally?
That's what I am wondering! (sorry for my previous long blabbering)
Or did I miss something about PEAR2 ?

PS :
I have been myself confused between pkg and ns. For example, in the package
PHP_UML that I am developing, I have decided to map PHP namespaces, as well
as docblock packages, to UML packages.
But that's a choice. As for the relation @package->UML package, I was so
dubious that I let it as an option.
