Essentially you have one committer authorized on whatever repo you want and trigger an svk sync between the two when a commit comes in. You don't get full user preservation, but you do get the original username added to the log message. Unless we are mirroring all the developers git trees we are still hosed if someone from QA needs to help make a release.
