I actually thought we had a min vote requirement so that a person gets
in, am I wrong there ? iirc it was 5 votes but I might be dead wrong
and if we don't already then it's something we should consider if we
ever have this kind of situation before.
So lets say someone does not met the quota, then they don't get a seat
and we'd actively seek for (a) person(s) to nominate them selfs and
probably ask some of the old group to sit until a full new group has
been formed.
Any better ideas people ? I bet there are :-)
