I've been working on a class for writing Excel files directly from PHP without need of COM objects. Currently you can write numbers and strings and arrays of numbers and strings. I thought of name File_Excel (as there is File_Passwd etc). You can see the code and try the example at:http://www.appelsiini.net/~tuupola/php/File/
