Hi PEAR web team,
Because myself I hate to see a proposal changed from proposal status to call for votes suddenly, without leave a chance to post a comment.
As it's done with change status phase from proposal to call for votes: there are at least a one full week period.
I propose to add a new status or change the old one, and send (of course an email to pear-dev mailing list) by :
- the proposal will be call fo votes in 1 week
What do you think of this request ?
Laurent
