From 5.3, magic-quotes have been deprecated. This means that if you
have an entry in php.ini (Even if to turn it off), you'll get a
warning. Consequently, there is no way to set the configuration
setting to off, even though it effectively is off. Please enlighten
me, if I misunderstood the finer points of get_magic_quotes_gpc vs.
get_magic_quotes_runtime.
