_runtime and _GPC are 2 very different things.
None of the MQ getter functions throw any sort of warnings in 5.3.
Turning MQ off via INI does not throw any kind of errors either so I
don't quite understand what you are talking about - unless you are
maybe talking about the GPC setter functions? Those do indeed throw
warnings but thats not what what _runtime() checks for..
