and for each element you add, do:
svn add File.php
svn diff File.php > File.php.diff.txt
& upload to the report.
Harder stuff would include some kind of javascript to gracefully detect
which client side validation to use - qf stuff or html5 stuff - and being
able to gracefully switch between methods as applicable.
