Michael; do you want to expand on the tasks / flesh out your original
proposal cover off pre-requisites; like analytics / explain more of the risk
mitigation tactics?
I'll try to put some time aside to get onto pear.php.net and run a log
analyzer or something on it. The last time I put google analytics on; the
reaction wasn't fantastic (
