I'll try to put some time aside to get onto pear.php.net and run a log analyzer or something on it. The last time I put google analytics on; the reaction wasn't fantastic ( http://svn.php.net/viewvc/pear/pearweb/trunk/include/pear-format-html.php?view=log#rev282246 ) Do you remember by the reaction to analytics was poor? Tools like this could really help us decide what parts of the site are most important.
