Is it worth disabling the commit messages from github into pear-cvs, as
they are pretty pointless.
How difficult is it going to be to get an offline mirror on the
pear.php.net or svn.php.net machine, and running a proper mailout per
commit. I think the pulls can be triggered by a http hook on github.
eg.
dev pushes into github
github triggers http request to ????.php.net
???.php.net runs git pull on the relivant repo
???.php.net repo's git post-recieve hook fires of the commit email.
