Let's do the php E_NOTICE fixes and other minor updates for
https://github.com/pear/HTTP_Download2 to get
people out of the BC trap
HTTP_Download presents. I'm just about to clone the SVN repo.
Let's also recommend alternatives where appropriate -
https://github.com/symfony/HttpFoundation
for instance.
