Michael, 1) It's pending until it's part of the PEAR project so I can put "The PEAR Group" there. 2) I'm considering it, but looking at how HTTP_REQUEST2 uses it, it's infinitely more complex. 3) It has the same legitimate uses as the Firefox toolbar. Also note that Google's terms of service DOES NOT actually contain _anything_ about mining or pagerank. I guess illegitimate usage would be mining, while legitimate usage would be not mining, although Google is NOT clear on this in their terms of service. It's not my place to define what is or isn't legitimate usage, it's Google's and they don't do that. Therefore the statement is really irrelevant as it has no actual terms of service to back it up. It's just a scare tactic to deter people from abusing it, nothing more. You can consider it as nothing more than a cipher these days. Hope this clears things up. Thanks.
