this isn't a demo space. this is a suite of tools used to do
interoperability testing. having it publically available makes it easier
for other people developing soap implementations to verify that their
implementation works with ours.
(but i would suggest setting this up on its own soap-interop.php.net
domain or something, so we can put it on whatever machine we want,
independent of where pear.php.net is located.)
