I am 100% willing to change the case of the tags...what do you like,
all lowercase? I think CSSML should remain uppercase since it is
all an acronym, but like Style|Declaration|Property could be become
lowercase if that works for you.

so it would look like?
<CSSML>
<cssml:style>
<cssml:selector>p</cssml:selector>
<cssml:declaration property="color">red</cssml:declaration>
</cssml:style>
</CSSML>

Well, it does use xsl, but the setup in the xml file is abstracted
from xsl, so it carries a string filter which is interpreted in the
backend xsl script using an xsl:if statement. My choice for doing
the filtering fits best with libxslt and it allows for the fasted
processing of the xsl stylesheet, which I have tested extensively
for speed.
