yep. except the first tag. It would look like
<cssml:CSSML xmlns:cssml="http://pear.php.net/cssml/1.0">
(or any other uri you whish to have for that..

I know, you're using xslt as transforming stuff, but with my idea you
should be able to write more powerful "templates". I didn't think much
about that and have no idea, how easy that would be to implement in xsl.
Another note. Did you think about adding support for sablotron as well? if
you want to have widespread use of your library, then this iss certainly
needed at the moment.
