Am I? Do I have to call session_start() or should I rely on the
class user (administrator/developer) to do this? Should I use
persistent objects (creating a class inclusion issue) or should
PEAR classes prefer to store their data in classless hashes,
which they later integrate - this would greatly save on included
code for many pages, and thus speed up PEAR using applications a
lot.
A style guide should discuss this, and have a recommendation.
