Hi David and others,
I am not too new to UML and I must say that i find it very valueable to
make it easier to understand to understand how a certain set of classes
works, especially when there's more of them.
Sometimes, when I have taken the old hacking approach to creating
software, I force myself to draw UML diagrams of what I've just cooked up.
That process makes my *architectural* mistakes usually much more clear.
Also, if we would make UML diagrams of PEAR classes, they would be an
excellent documentation tool. It will be much easier for developers who
see potential in certain classes to understand them and to add their own
ideas to it.
I'm a fan! ;-)
