Sticking to static HTML makes it nearly impossible to present the news
in different formats (RSS, OPML etc.). I also don't see why you need a
WYSIWYG editor. Or do you want to implement fany roll-over images in
the weekly news :-)?
For the records: -1000 on static HTML, +1 for a dynamic solution.
