KIS (Keep It Simple). We should not forget that the objectives of this cache class are to improve performances. If Fabien's class is this fast, I think this is a real need. I see from here two or three projects where this class can be very useful. IMO, when it comes to caching, I don't care about error handlings and all the other pretty features. Let's say this class is featureless and very dedicated, which is exactly the kind of classes I like :-) So +1 to have in PEAR. (did I already vote ?) Bertrand Mansion Mamasam
