OOo-XML is actually very easy to open with PERL. Using the Archive::Zip stuff
you can open the content.xml stream, pick certain segments to translate to
DocBook format, and modify the XML version and DocType informtion to work like a
DocBook file.
Basically, what you would need to do is figure out which Segments translate to
which segments between Docbook and OOo-XML.
