XSLT stylesheets for conversion of OpenOffice XML to DocBook XML are available
at http://www.chez.com/ebellot/ooo2sdbk/
The manual is in French, comments in the XSLT files in English. Work on these
stylesheets just began (current release is 0.3), but they are already very
useful.
As far as I understood the dev@xml.openoffic.org mailinglist of the Open
Office XML project, these stylesheets are supposed to be integrated in the
OpenOffice filter engine (http://xml.openoffice.org/filter/). This means that
saving DocBook with OpenOffice will be supported one day :) Nevertheless, the
mentioned stylesheets by Eric Bellot can already be used with the Saxon XSLT
processor for basic transformation.
