As part of the oc4ware project, Marc Aßmann has written a class that let's you
store data in a DOM-like fashion in a RDBMS. The class is built upon
PEAR::DB. In general, the API has been designed as analogues to the PHP DOM
XML extension API (http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.domxml.php) as possible.
Concerning the propsed name, I am not sure if this class would better fit in
PEAR as a package named 'DB_DOM' or 'XML_DBDOM'.
