Martin,
Fixed in CVS. The Russian and the Japanese manual will now be delivered with UTF-8 encoding. The Russian manual is not with UTF-8. It is KOI8-R. And I have one question. Does PEAR manual have policy about charactor encoding? Without UTF-8, the more languages, the more encodings. A lot of encoding means a lot of time and effort when web site management. I dont know every language is possible to be written with UTF-8, but the most is possible. -- Haruki Setoyama
