Hi!
Now I digged a bit into Pear and found out that the error comes straight
from php in:
Line 121 ff of /PEAR/DB/mySQL.php - there is a:
$connect_function = $persistent ? 'mysql_pconnect' : 'mysql_connect';
if ($dbhost && $user && $pw) {
$conn = @$connect_function($dbhost, $user, $pw);
On the machine where the error occurs I get an error message directly from
the php mySQL function mySQL_connect. However the strange thing is that
throughout my program I come along this line quite often and I do only get
the error message in one place...
I compared the php.inis and the my.inis but there are no particular
differences...
I would really like to turn off this stupid warning by ignoring it or by
fixing it. Can someone tell me what I can do about this? I really want to
turn mySQL-murmuring mode off :-)
Regards
Daniel
