Thanks, didn't work though. My bet is a faulty configured server. I also tried switching on the 'dont_die' configuration option, to no luck.
I don't even get a HTTP response from the server, here's what using wget tells me:
HTTP request sent, awaiting response...
13:52:30 ERROR -1: No data received.
Sigh. Is this where I start blaming the hosting company?
Inge.

Hello Inge, Try // Prevent DB_DataObject segfault when using with Zend Optimizer define('DB_DATAOBJECT_NO_OVERLOAD', true); at the top of your scripts on the production server before including DB/DataObject.php (you may do it on the development server also) Regards, Norbert Inge Jørgensen wrote:I'm having problems using DB_DataObject on my clients server. In fact, I don't get any response at all when I try to load the script causing the error. I tried poking around in the error logs, and here's what i found: [Sun May 16 02:37:28 2004] [error] PHP Warning: unable to call dataobjects_page::\(e() method in /home/user/public_html/new/include/DB/DataObject.php on line 371 Now, I have an exact copy of these scripts on my development server, and they work like a charm. any hints?
