Hello, When I attempt to run the HTML_QuickForm_Controller examples that come with the archive, I get either an "Internal Server Error" or "Blank Page" depending on my server. ( see below ) I have two separate PHP/Apache servers I use locally for development. A windows *PHP 4.3.4/Apache-1.3.26 *Fedora2 Linux PHP 5.0.0RC2/Apache-1.3.31. <Prerequisites> I have successfully ran the HTML_QuickForm examples, they worked great. I've also had a chance to code a little and no problems exist anywhere. *I would hope this is proof of a working PEAR installation with use of several packages.* I verified this on BOTH servers. I have used BOTH servers for months without errors, but recently installed PEAR. My other php scripts still work fine. </Prerequisites> I am getting the internal server error on the windows machine only, but the Linux machine does not work either. It leaves a blank page, (no output at all). DETAILS: Linux server: For each attempt to load the page, the Linux server has the following entry in apache's error_log: [Wed Sep 1 13:21:27 2004] [notice] child pid 16382 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) It does nothing when I attempt to load the file. Windows Server: The windows server is giving the "Internal Server Error". It's apache error.log does not have any error. This is probably two questions in one, but after the "Strange" behavior on my Linux server (PHP5), I attempted do get it working using my windows server (PHP4) thinking PHP5 was the culprit. Now, I might have posted to the list prematurely, as I haven't tried upgrading my PHP5 version to (5.0.1). I am doing this as I type, but am under time constraints and want a quick resolution. Has anyone experience similar errors? Any feedback will help me greatly. -Ben
