Yes, there is. First place to look is the PEAR docs. The docs for FB
have a link: "For now, detailed documentation is available here" which
links to the docs

that I've painstakingly put together for *every* configuration option
and on all the different ways to configure FB. In addition, there are
some docs in the source code (API docs), but you have to look real
hard for them.
