Pear into Commercial Aplication (But Open Source)

People, I have a *doubt*. I can to commercialize an application that depends on a package of pear, one framework for example? Ex. My framework use Data_Object, HTML_QuickForm, HTML_Template_Sigma, etc. They are the base (like a kernel) of my FrameWork that it contains another classes (Page Class, PopUp Class, Menu Class, etc).
