fixed the affectedRows in _query on an insert or update for MDB2.
I tweaked the method insert , check the switch for dbtype, no insertID was being returning until i broke the switch for a mysql rather than at the mysqli end, i just copied the same code in there and now returns what is expected !
I think the setLimit problem is on the MDB2 end lemme know what you think.
