New container for Pear::Translation2

Lorenzo, I have attached a class that I have written following the pear standards to handle translations for an international site I am in the middle of building. Instead of keeping the translations in a database or text file, I store the translations in a PHP array. The class then edits the file that holds the array of translations so that it is completely manageable as well as fast loading. I hope that you can add this to the translation2 package as another container option. http://webitecture.org/translator.phps The destructor's don't seem to work right and the package should really extend pear and use the pear destructors, but I haven't gotten around to changing it.
