Hi,
I don't know if this is the correct way to do it but it works for me (so
far).
In a DOS session I simply execute the following command:
pear install <PEAR-package>
e.g.
pear install Cache
This will install the stable release of Cache in the directory c:\php4
The only thing is, I have to copy it to my installation directory of PHP.
Unfortunately I've noticed that not all packages install well. Some
dependencies don't work properly. So, like I said, I don't know if this is
the right procedure, but maybe it can help you a little bit.
