You can set which directory you want like this:
pear -d php_dir=c:\bleh install Cache
Note that the registry of installed packages is also stored in this
directory, so if you do "pear -d php_dir=c:\bleh list" and "pear list"
they will give different results. Add the "-s" option before the "-d ..."
to make the php_dir setting permanent.
