hello,
When running go-pear w/ php4.2.2 on win2k, i get this error: "Warning: failed to create
c:\php\pear". Everything else seems to work
ok, base scripts get installed, etc. Seems like if pear.bat can't be created, go-pear should
maybe halt execution or something? It
treats it like a minor problem, but isn't pear.bat kinda important?
go-pear output:

The 'pear' command is now at your service at c:\php\pear
** The 'pear' command is not currently in your PATH, so you need to
** use 'c:\php\pear' until you have added
** 'c:\php' to your PATH environment variable.
Run it without parameters to see the available actions, try 'pear list'
to see what packages are installed, or 'pear help' for help.
