Do I need a connection to the Internet to use the go-pear script? How can I
install the PEAR package manager (or a PEAR package, particulary Cache)
without directly accessing the Internet?
system OS: Tru64 4.0F
PHP version: 4.2.1
Cache version: latest (1.5.2)
